Q: When I placed my order for my Seventh Generation diapers through the Subscribe and Save service, the email confirmation still shows my credit/debit card as the payment method. How do I ensure I am receiving my diapers for free?
A: You credit/debit card will not be charged until your $250 promotional diaper credit balance reaches $0. When you place your order, the Order Summary at checkout should include a line item titled “Diaper Promotion” which confirms your $250 diaper credit has been applied. In addition, you’ll receive a confirmation email with the same Order Summary at checkout which further confirms the Diaper Promotion has been applied.
